Eve Morrison and Emily Webb were just two of the exceptional A Level Law Students who attended the Eversheds Sutherland 'Life as a Lawyer' event at the Newcastle offices of the leading legal firm. They were invited to take part in a series of workshops and mock negotiations and spent time with a local barrister and the legal team from the office, gaining an invaluable insight into the real world of a busy legal practice. This type of experience is excellent for the students, who are both looking to enter the legal profession following their academic studies.
The team at Eversheds Sutherland run this event as a means of engaging with local schools and colleges and with a restricted number of places available, Newcastle Sixth Form College were delighted that four of our students could take part.
