If you have not achieved a GCSE grade 4 in both English and Mathematics will not be able to study A Levels with us, but may be able to study our Year 12 Access programme. Typical requirements for this are 5 GCSEs at grade 3 and 4.
It is useful to have at least one GCSE Pass - Grade 4 or above, as this will help you to meet the minimum requirements of 5 GCSEs which most colleges, higher education institutions and employers look for when considering applications.
You must resit English Language and Mathematics if you do not have at least a Grade 4 in these subjects.
