Summer Enrolment 2025
IT'S TIME TO GET STARTED!
Well done on completing your GCSE’s and we really hope that all your hard work and determination will be rewarded with the grades you deserve.

Enrolment Days
On Thursday 21st August 2025, and Friday 22nd August 2025, we will need you to come into sixth form for a Face to Face enrolment and most importantly WE NEED YOUR GRADES and EITHER A PASSPORT OR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
- When you have received your grades on Thursday 21st August, you must then attend your enrolment appointment (booked on your behalf) at NSFC. All existing applicants have been sent an email/text so they can book their enrolment appointment time in advance. If you have not already done so, please book this as soon as possible, as both days are really busy and we are unable to allocate appointments to applicants who arrive without an appointment.
- If you have not received an email or text and have applied to study at Newcastle Sixth Form, you need to contact us immediately to book your enrolment. Do this by emailing enquiries@newcastlesixthformcollege.ac.uk
- If you will not be available on these dates, then please let us know, so we can support your enrolment.
At enrolment we will support you with your final subject choices, take your photo so we can organise your student ID and provide you with a Welcome pack and some enrolment tasks you can complete before starting with us at Induction Day on Tuesday 2nd September 2025.

What Happens at Enrolment
Try and arrive 10 minutes before your enrolment appointment.

- Who can you bring - You are more than welcome to attend with a family member for support if you want them there, and we have staff across the building to ensure everyone moves quickly and easily around the enrolment areas.
- How long will my enrolment appointment last - It is as simple as that, and most enrolment appointments last around 30 minutes from supplying your grades, to final enrolment and collection of your Welcome pack.
We look forward to seeing you on 21st and 22nd August 2025.
