We would like to say a big thank you to Jane, a Graduate Ambassador from Sunderland University, who spoke with our Year 12 students about their First Choice Progression Scheme.
The First Choice Progression Scheme is a two-year programme available solely to Year 12 students. It highlights what to expect from university life, with a great focus on subject-specific, transferrable and employability skills. The programme also features a summer school that applicants will attend at the conclusion of year 12 in July.
On completion of the programme, students will receive a guaranteed conditional offer and UCAS points discounted from their offer to study at Sunderland University.
Students who are interested must express their interest by emailing firstchoice@sunderland.ac.uk before Christmas.
