Results Day 2025
Staff will be available to offer support and answer any questions during result collection.
Results will be available for collection at the college on Results Day or posted to your home address if not collected in person.
Results Day Arrangements - Thursday 14 August 2025
8.30am - The college will be open to those wishing to collect results in person, and we will have collection points at the main reception. Staff will be available for students who require support or additional information when they receive their results.
The collection points in the college reception will be open throughout the morning until 11am, and for the remainder of the day, results will be available to collect from the main office window if you are unable to attend before 11am.
10.30am - 11.00am - Results will be emailed to all students between these times, and details will be provided on how to get in touch should you require support or further information. (Emails will be sent to your personal email address.)
4.30pm - All uncollected results will be posted first class to your home address (the address you provided to the college while you were a student).
If you would like someone else to collect your results on Thursday, 14 August, please inform the college office by email in the first instance at nsfcoffice@newcastlesfc.ac.uk.

Accessing support
We understand you may need to ask some questions or access support after receiving your A Level results. Your Personal Development Coach will be available on the morning of results in college and will be able to share with you more information about your options and choices including UCAS Clearing and support you with post-results enquiries if you need them. They can also be contacted via email.
The college building will be open on Friday 15th August from 9.00am - 12.00pm with College Services Team in the building, but will then be closed until Tuesday 19th August 2025.

Following your results, if you need a clerical check, priority or non-priority review of marking, priority copy of marked papers, or an original copy of the marked paper, please consult the form below for instructions on how to complete, and fees per need and exam board.

Please read the following:
1. Please ensure you sign and date the form before submitting. Failure to do so may result in the exam board refusing the request.
2. Please ensure when paying that you bring the exact amount to pay. All payments should be made to the Newcastle Sixth Form College Office, located on the Ground Floor.
3. Please note the deadlines stated for processes are actual exam board deadlines, therefore any requests should ideally be submitted as soon as possible before the deadline to ensure time is given for processing.
