We are very proud to have hosted management from across NCG, when they joined us in the heart of Newcastle for the NCG Leadership Hub Summit 2022. With an excellent turn out of colleagues from Carlisle, Kidderminster, Lewisham, Newcastle, Southwark and West Lancashire, the event was fantastic and made it one to remember for NCG.
Our leadership and development training programme, The Leadership Hub, is tailored to current and potential leaders and managers at NCG. It delivers all leadership training and is built around creating and instilling supportive and inclusive leadership, ensuring that our leaders embody NCG's values and have the skills and tools to lead effective teams, that will embrace this culture, change and drive it forward.
NCG is committed to recognising, nurturing and developing our talented colleagues to become 'ambitious and responsible leaders', who value and empower people by being inclusive, diverse and collaborative.
We had an amazing line up of speakers and presenters for the event, including Ngozi Weller from Aurora Wellness.
