All records at Newcastle Sixth Form College are maintained in compliance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 2018. The college is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a provider of education and training. By applying to enrol on a course of study, you consent to the college processing personal data relating to you, including sensitive personal data, in accordance with the college’s registration, statutory requirements and conditions set by funding bodies. Under the Data Protection Act 2018 you have a right to a copy of any data we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this data you should apply, in writing, to the Principal of Newcastle Sixth Form College.

The Learner Records Service requires learners to verify their identity at enrolment, therefore, when enrolling for your course you will need to bring original copies of one of the following documents with you.

  • Passport
  • Certificate of Entitlement to Funding
  • Photo driving license
  • Bank Credit/Debit Card
  • Armed Forces service ID
  • National Insurance Card

If you are a returning student you may use your Newcastle Sixth Form College Student ID Card.
