The Sixth Form Colleges Association recently invited first-year A Level Art & Design students to participate in their annual exhibition. The theme for this year's competition was 'A Sustainable Future,' this exhibition serves to promote the arts and to showcase the relationship between artistic endeavour and the big issues of the day.
NSFC were successful in this year’s exhibition with three students being handpicked for the quality of their work and content. The artwork developed by our winning students are seen above. "Rewilding: Returning The Earth" by Lucy Armstrong, "Reconnecting with Nature" by Faith Gill, and "Generation Z" by Alexander Dickson are all pieces of art produced exclusively for this exhibition and will now appear as part of this national showcase.
More than 140 students from 51 colleges have their work displayed, including students from Sweden.
